What we can do

Grouped the way your firm already thinks about it.

Win the work, show the work, run the firm, and a forward-looking one about the buildings themselves. Every line carries an honest readiness tag.

Ready now

Works pointed at your data.

Quick adapt

Reshaped to your firm in days.

Build-fast

New, but built on parts we run.

In R&D

Where it's heading, not shipping.

Built from parts that already work
Win the work

Pursuits, proposals, and getting found

The part of the practice that runs on deadlines and stale templates. Most of the pain traces back to data scattered across files, so that's where the fix starts.

One source of truth

Quick adapt

A single searchable home for every staff resume and project record. Ask it "healthcare projects over 50,000 sq ft in the last five years" and it answers, instead of someone hunting folders the night before a deadline.

Little Brain + second-brain

RFP & SF330 responder

Build-fast

Builds the requirement-by-requirement compliance matrix that public solicitations turn on, with a narrative that doesn't read like the last twelve firms. The single most repeated task in your pipeline.

RFP responder + doc engines

Proposal & fee builder

Quick adapt

Scope narrative, phased fee options, and the named exclusions that hold scope in place. Pointed at your services, so you stop excavating last year's numbers for every new proposal.

scope builder + pricing + humanizer

Get found, get cited

Ready now

Search and AI-answer work so you surface for "architect in your city," and so yours is the name an assistant returns when an owner asks who should design their building.

seo-aeo-strategist

Show the work

Case studies, imagery, sites, and the photography under all of it

Your portfolio is the credibility asset, and it usually trails the work by years. The whole chain depends on good photography, which is the first thing that gets cut.

Photography, and an archive you can search

Quick adapt

Boring Stories is a real photo and video company, so the shoot is a real service. On the back end, the whole archive becomes findable by what's in the frame: "north stair," "curtain wall detail," not folder-scrubbing.

Boring Stories + Boring Little Labeler

One project, every format

Quick adapt

A finished project becomes a portfolio page, a one-page cut sheet, an award entry, and a month of posts, from a single pass instead of four separate scrambles.

repurpose engine + nano-banana

Per-project microsites

Quick adapt

Stand up a site for a single building, a development, or a competition entry in an afternoon, on an engine that blocks the generic look and that your team can update without us.

The Boring Web Builder

Concept imagery & mood boards

Ready now

Fast early visuals for the pitch when the renderings aren't ready, plus restoration of old low-res project photos that are too good to leave in a drawer.

nano-banana

Run the firm

Knowledge, documents, and the visibility to stop dropping things

The quiet work that decides whether the next project starts smarter than the last one, or re-solves the same detail from scratch.

Detail & lessons-learned library

Quick adapt

Your standard details and the things you learned the hard way, searchable, instead of locked in one senior PM's head until the day they retire.

second-brain + closeout debrief

OAC minutes, same day

Ready now

Every owner-architect-contractor meeting comes out as tracked decisions and action items in a clean, branded PDF, off the PM's already-loaded plate. Minutes are contractually significant, so late isn't free.

client-meeting-loop + action-items-pdf

One board for the whole firm

Quick adapt

Every project, pursuit, and task in one live view fed from your files, so you stop over-chasing long-odds work and missing deadlines on the good jobs. The foundation an RFI and submittal log sits on.

Boring OS + pipeline review

Cited answers from your own docs

Build-fast

Ask your master spec, a building code, or a zoning ordinance a question and get an answer with sources, not a confident guess. Ask the tool instead of pinging the senior PM.

Trainer App Engine

Smarter buildings

The buildings themselves, during design and after move-in

The most architect-aligned work we do, and the place we're most careful to separate what's real today from where it's going.

Camera-free occupancy sensing

In R&D

Space-utilization and post-occupancy read off the WiFi a building already carries, for interiors where ceiling cameras get vetoed on privacy. Genuine research today: the honest near-term read is anonymous zone occupancy, not 3D tracking. Where the firm is heading, not a product on the truck.

Vantage · Portillo Technologies

AV & smart-building coordination

Ready now

Low-voltage, AV, and control-system coordination during design, from a team that installs it afterward. Real buildings behind this, not a spec sheet.

avl-engineer + Boring Solutions

The tools, by name

Specific, named, and real.

Not categories. The actual tools Boring Labs and Portillo Technologies would put in your firm's hands. The live ones link straight to proof you can click.

The honest part

What we don't do.

The credibility of everything above depends on saying this plainly. A pitch deck leaves it out. We won't.

Photoreal renderings & walkthroughs

We do concept stills and can edit walkthrough footage, but we don't replace a photoreal viz vendor or your Revit, Enscape, or Lumion stack. Keep that where it is. We handle the early imagery and the edit.

In-model coordination

The document tools handle naming, packaging, transmittals, and a filing-discipline check. They don't do clash detection or QA inside the drawing set. That stays with your team and your authoring software.

The build-fast ones

The SF330 assembler, the spec Q&A, and the RFI log are real fits, but they're built fast, not built yet. We have the parts. We won't pitch them as a button that exists today.

Vantage, in plain terms

It's research: simulation-validated, planar tracking only, fine height concluded negative. Anonymous 2D zone occupancy is the honest near-term deliverable. Forward-looking, not shippable.
